Acupressure Mat

• Use your Bed of Nails when needed, preferably daily for 10 to 20 minutes, or as long as you desire.
• As a new user it might be better to lie for a shorter period of time, until the body gets used to the nails.
• It is completely harmless to lie for a longer period of time or even to fall asleep on it.
• Everyone is different, so it is key that you find the best way to use your pillow.

Mat:

• Slowly lower yourself onto the Bed of Nails, evenly distributing your weight across the nails. We recommend beginners, or users who prefer less intense pressure, to use our mat containing more nails and wear a light t-shirt.
• For more intense treatment on your bed or on the floor.
• For less intensity, lean against the back of a sofa, an armchair, or against stacked up pillows in bed. (The more bodyweight put on the nails, the more intense the sensation).
• Step on your mat for a foot massage (Stand still - the nails will do the work).

• For less intensity, sit down and rest your feet on the mat.

• Hand wash only in lukewarm water.
• Rinse by hanging and shower off.
• Let hang dry.
