Modo d'uso
- Apply a base such as concealer or cosmetic glue to the skin.
- Place and pat the pigment on top.
- Blend with a mixing liquid to create eyeliner or clear gloss for a lipgloss.

Went everywhere on opening and is not blue!!
When I opened this product up, the powder went all over myself, settee and sofa!! It is very glittery which is fine but it is certainly green and not blue as advertised so if looking for blue, do not buy this one.
