Good substitute
Concealer
Really good concealer, saw this in a beauty article and thought I’d give it a try. A light concealer not heavy and does the trick in concealing my dark circles under my eyes.

It makes my eyes brighter, however, the bags under my eyes are still quite visible as it does not fully cover.
