Appalling customer service
Thid review request arrived before the products or any response from the customer service team. Ordered on 24th Jan, and 15 days later, no products and no response to my concern. Poor service all round. Customer service response says you shouldn't send in multiple queries because you'll go to back if queue. 72 hrs later haven't heard from then either.

Amazing cream blush
It’s my first cream blush and I love it the color is match my skin tone very well and you can make it a lite rose or you can build it to be more darker pink and it’s last all day and night I recommend it to everyone
A STAPLE for me! But shocking packaging!
I don’t know how I survived without this product before I had it! This was the first cream blush I have ever tried, and it’s now become one of my favourite products. It is perfect to use on top of tinted moisturiser, or a dewy foundation. Don’t use on top of powder, as it will shift and lift off the product underneath. But when used correctly, this is an absolute dream! So useful for most days when I don’t feel like putting a lot of makeup on because it just adds a pop of colour! HOWEVER, the one fault that I do have to say is that the packaging is AWFUL! As it is plastic, the hinge on the lid has completely broken, meaning that I can only place the lid gently on top of the pan, sometimes it comes loose and takes chunks out of the product. The pan has also come loose and falls out of the plastic bottom all of the time! Just a complete mess and the packaging is the one thing that keeps me from giving this a 5* review.

I'm a blush addict, I really loved this blush as it's creamy and dries down to be a satin finish. The colours are accurate and a little goes a long way. Loved the packaging and it's just a great product in general.
Great colour for fair skin & lovely creamy texture
Really lovely colour that gives a nice tint to the cheeks. You don't need to use a lot of product to get a nice rosy glow, and it's best applied with a soft fluffy brush. One thing I will say is that it does cling to blemishes a little bit and makes them stand out, but other than that it's a lovely product and can also be used to add a little colour to the lips.
