“Lactic acid gently smooths skin cells to reveal newer, fresher and smoother skin,” explains Leith. “It also helps improve the skins natural moisture factor.”

“Urea is the skin’s natural moisturiser,” notes Leith. “Urea is naturally found in the top layer of the skin, it acts like a magnet drawing water into the skin. Due to its softening abilities, urea is a great match for dry, flaky, and rough skin.”
