Why am I in a queue?
You may find yourself in a virtual waiting room when
accessing the site. We will at times switch this queue on during busy periods
like launches so that we can keep the site runnin’ smoothly.
It helps manage traffic and makes sure we deliver the best
shopping experience we can without any hiccups.
How does it work?
While in our waiting room, you’ll be in line to next access
the site. You’ll be given a randomly generated queue number so that it’s fair
for everyone waiting.
When it’s your turn, you’ll have a given amount of time to
access the site and grab your haul. It’s that easy!
The queue is paused, what does this mean?
We may pause the queue if we happen to find a tech issue
that needs resolving. While we get this fixed, nobody will be able to access the
site.
We appreciate your patience as you wait, as you’ll keep your
place in line despite this.
What if something is out of stock?
We know it’s important to keep you updated, so keep an eye
out on out Twitter accounts for stock updates on major launches.
I’ve missed my turn, what now?
Sadly, if you’ve missed your turn, you’ll need to enter the
queue again to start over.
Because of this, we recommend you don’t refresh while you’re
in the queue or going through checkout.
Please don’t close the queue either! That means you’ll lose
your place in line.
What if I want to use your app?
Then great news! There’s no queue on the app if you want to
shop there.
