Directions
- Apply serum in the AM and PM just above your upper eyelash line on clean, dry skin.
- Use only one dip of the wand for both eyes.
- Allow 2-3 minutes for the serum to dry.
- Once satisfied with results, use 2-3 times per week to maintain your look.
