I love It! My new favorite hair dryer!

My hair dryer came but I have not been able to use it. When ordering I had NO IDEA it would come with a european plug NOT compatable to our US plugs! I have sent messages to return but NO REPLY. Can someone help? I would like a dryer with a US CORD or a REFUND
