Great for long hair
Really good hair tool with high temperature
Damaged item
The item by itself amazing if there no BUT! I received it damaged and since that time i cant reach any customer support, unless the robot which doesn't have needed options to proceed with exchange! My first order on beauty bay which dissapointed me. It's switching off after a second of using.

I waited a long time to receive this. And I am pretty sure it was broken before i used it. I turned on the curling iron and saw the temperature indicator turn on, but if i moved it, the curling iron will turn off by itself. . . The most awful things is that this is my first time to buy things on this website and i don't know how to return the product.
