Description
Sculpt in style. The Bala Bars are 3lb weighted hand bars built for strength and versatility, taking you through curls, rows, presses, and flies with a grip that is a lot kinder on your hands than cold metal. Steel wrapped in baby soft silicone, sold as a pair (3lb each), with a mesh carrying case so your dumbbell alternative travels as well as you do. Pick your weight and get to work. In Charcoal.
