Directions
- Apply to the lid using the brush applicator before eyeshadow.

i’m not sure
all my shadows work good with this base and becomes even more saturated on the eye. the only thing is that every time i’ve applied it the shadows always creased a little, probably it’s because of my oily eyelids. i’ll continue playing with this product
