Directions
Mini Charms Neutral 9 Colour Palette:
- Use solo: Apply and blend over primed eyelids for a soft, shimmery wash of colour.
- As a topper: Layer over other shimmers and matte shades to create a multi-dimensional, sparkling look.
Please note: The best way to remove these colours is with an oil-based makeup remover, like our By BEAUTY BAY Chamomile + Oat Lipid Cleansing Balm.
Glide and Line Shadow Stick:
To use as eyeliner:
- Twist the top of the pen to reveal the product, then use the angled nib to glide along the upper and/or lower lash line.
- Want it smudged? Use your fingertip or a small brush to smoke it out before it sets.
To use as eyeshadow:
- Twist up and swipe directly onto lids, starting at the inner corner and gliding across the lid or into the crease.
- Blend out with your finger or brush for a soft, seamless finish, or layer up for extra intensity.
- Use one shade all over or mix and match for a multidimensional look.
Pro tip: Use the built-in sharpener at the base to keep the tip precise for detailed lines or graphic looks.

What a surprize. Lovely eyeshadow with a metalic sparkly look. A free cream shadow stick and bracelet which is boxed. Great for a gift at a great price too.
Pretty little gift.
The palette is pretty. It’s sparkly more glittery than expected. Not shimmery. The eyeshadow pencil color is very flattering.

This palette has amazing shimmers. Looks very shiny in real live. Shades lasted more than 12 hours with minimum greasing (with glitter glue). For info, I have hooded eyes so greasing will almost always happen for me. Haven’t tried the stick yet, so can’t say anything about that.

I bought this set for the new mini charms pallet which is even better than the original, I absolutely love it! The bouncy beam shadow stick trio was a lovely little bonus, they are absolutely stunning, they give the new Danessa Myricks shadow sticks a run for their money. They are super sparkly and I use them all the time. Such a beautiful set and so worth the money.
Very sparkly
I bought last years charms palette, so I was really excited to see Beauty Bay bring out another mini charms palette. The shades are so super sparkly, some of them are topper type shadows and the others are very shiny metallics that don't need a base. I have hooded eyes so I use glitter glue to stop too many sparkles falling on my face. I really love the more neutral shades in this years palette. So if you want very sparkly eyeshadows without spending a lot of money these are perfect. The eye crayon in the set is really pretty and I love that it sets down as I have oily eyelids. The set is great value for money and I highly recommend it.

I already loved the first charms palette, but this colour story i really really love! This is the best glitter palette i ever used! Please get this! You need this! Only thing i wish is that you can get it separately from the rest.
