Directions
By BEAUTY BAY The Pastel Palette:
- Apply a tacky eye base/concealer before application. The pigments need a sticky base to be packed onto to get maximum pigmentation.
- The lighter the eye base the brighter the pressed pigments will appear on the skin.
By BEAUTY BAY Youtopia Pressed Pigment Palette:
- Apply an eye base to help the colours pop.
- Blend chosen shades over primed lids.

Probably one of the best makeup buys ive made in a year
Great value for great palettes!
Both palettes are super pigmented with fun colours, although they definitely need some kind of eye base to stick otherwise you will get quite a bit of fallout. The pastels palette is great for blending out shades, or a simple fun pop of colour, and the youtopia palette has the ability to deepen an eye look.
