100% soft medical grade silicone.
Directions
- Take your time and practice using your cup until you feel comfortable.
- Fold the cup using a fold that feels most comfortable for you.
- Insert the folded cup into your vagina with the same method as a tampon.
- The cup should sit lower than a tampon inside your vagina, but should feel comfortable, with the stem fully inside.
- Once the cup is inside, it will open and create a light suction. This is how the cup prevents leaks.
- You can use your finger to check it is fully unfolded. You can twist the cup if you need to.
- The cup can be used for up to 12 hours, but you can empty your cup when you feel you need to.
- To remove the cup, gently pull the stem of the cup downwards until you can reach and hold the base of the cup.
- Pinch the base to release the suction and take it out.
- You may need to push down to help reach your cup.
- Empty the contents of your cup into the toilet and rinse.
- Reinsert cup if needed.

Good price, good quality
Didn’t leak once. This was my first time using a period cup and it didn’t disappoint. Good fit. I wore it for 8 hours with heavy flow and had no issues. I needed to have wet wipes with me when in a public setting, since it can get a bit messy. But not having to buy tampons? this is a win.

This is my second time buying this, I had the first one for years and my friend's dog found it and ate it lol. she's okay dw! But yeah that's why I had to get a new one. I recommend it, just keep it away from dogs ahaha.

Great quality, definitely recommend
This is my second one from this brand, I purchased the first one in 2019. The first one I had was still good as new after over 2,5 years of use (and I wouldn't need a new one has my cat not gotten to it), other than a slight discoloration (it went kind of a warm beige color). It worked absolutely perfectly so I didn't feel a need to search for a different one. It requires minimum maintenance (boil it for 5 min once a month), does not smell like anything if cleaned correctly and altogether is just top quality.

I only have experience with one other cup but, I like this one a lot. It’s soft and easy to insert and take out. It being translucent makes it easy to clean to me :) and the recommendation in the description was good, it feels like it fits perfect :D especially compared to my last one that was recommended for my body type and flow

if i could tell every single person who has periods to get one then i would! honestly so glad I ignored the negative reviews. i’ve been wondering whether or not to try a cup for the longest time as having PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) means I can be on my period for very long periods of time at any time. It’s such a good sustainable option, it’s COMFY and it never leaks. i had to get the hang of inserting and removing but once i did, i will never go back to pads and tampons. i never take the time to review products but you need to try this!
