Sodium Palmate, Sodium Palm Kernelate, Aqua (Water), Glycerin, Limonene, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, CI 77891 (Titanium Dioxide), Sodium Citrate, Tetrasodium Glutamate Diacetate, Parfum (Fragrance), Maltodextrin, Citric Acid, Sodium Chloride, CI 15510 (Orange 4), Caffeine, Linalool, Citronellol, Paullinia Cupana (Guarana) Seed Extract.
Directions
- Activate cleansing bar with warm water, apply active foam to a wet face avoiding eyes and leave to penetrate skin for 30 seconds before rinsing thoroughly. Use daily.
- Results: Every skin is different, many customers see improvement in their skin in only 7 days but Carbon Theory. recommends using the products for 3-4 weeks for best results.
- Precautions: If product enters the eyes, rinse well with warm water. Do not apply to irritated or broken skin. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

I've been using this soap for around a week and a half now. its a good soap for the face however don't use it directly on the skin. it works great to lighten up my skin and make a good body wash
