Use on clean skin, ideally in the evening.
Cleanse and tone first. Peel the film off the upper section, lay it on and line it up with your eyes and the shape of your face, then do the same with the lower section around your mouth and jaw. Leave it for twenty to thirty minutes, peel it off, then pat any leftover essence into your skin. No need to rinse.
One mask per use, once or twice a week. Keep it away from your eyes and any broken skin, and stop if you get irritation. Patch test first if your skin runs sensitive.
