Designed to be the base for your Active Cartridge Concentrate, Clinique’s Dramatically Different Hydro-Clearing Jelly is a lightweight, oil-free jelly designed to hydrate and help to improve the appearance of troubled skin. Formulated with salicylic acid and glucosamine to target problem and bumpy looking skin and uneven texture by sloughing away dull skin cells, and hyaluronic acid and lactobacillus probiotic ferment to keep the skin hydrated for 24-hours and help to maintain the natural barrier.
