Iron Powder, Activated Carbon, Aqua (Water), Vermiculit, Salt.
Directions
- Remove patch from its individual package.
- Peel off protective film that covers the adhesive.
- Attach patch to clothing (full cloth underwear, pants, leggings, etc.) and avoid direct contact with skin.
- Leave on for up to 8 hours.
- Do not use on lace, mesh or transparent materials, underwear, etc.).
- Heat is immediately activated when each individual package is opened.
- The patch is activated by oxygen in the air even if the protective film has not been removed.

Heat patches
My go to heat patches when going out for the day, easy to use and very good at easing and relaxing muscles and pain

Long lasting heat
Hits the spot and soothes pain
I have fibroids and my time of the month is a nightmare. I buy these Deodoc Heat Patches all the time now so I’ve got a bit of a stash for when I need them. They definitely are more expensive than the usual period heat patches but these ones, if you can afford them or they’re on offer, are far superior for length of time they stay warm, sticking power and not falling off, and seeming to actually cover most of the right places where the pain is. I still need to use painkillers but these are so lovely for all day or all night comfort and I really like everything this brand are doing - but this is my favourite product of theirs so far.
Great product, easy to wear
So easy to wear, the heat lasts for a very long time. No more having to "wear" my hot water bottle when on my period. Love it, will definitely buy again. Probably when its price is reduced, as the downside for me is the price.
