Since customer service doesn’t reply, my terrible experince with the website will be here. Contacted them twice because my order should arrive in 4-8 working days after dispatch and it is more than 10 days after dispatch now! They offer tracked delivery and tracking links but don’t bother checking them because they don’t provide any information as the local mail website says no data matches entered tracking number! Last update I have on my parcel was on the 12th, it is 23/12 today and I have no idea where has my parcel been till now or when will it arrive! Terrible terriblr website, don’t ever purchase anything as they are not committed to what they claim of being tracked delivery!
