Exactly what he was looking for

Stronger nails
After 1 week of using this, my nails are already much stronger and growing fast and break less easily. I need to continue using it to see the skin benefits.

This Collagen is good, I feel as though I'm glowing from within after I've started using it about 2 weeks ago. However, when I use it with milk, I notice that there are clumps no matter how much I mix or whether the milk is hot or cold...It's too bad because I've read that Marine Collagen is better for the health than bovine, but I remember enjoying the Vanilla Creamer one much better !
