Directions
- Dampen the spoolie with water, then use the flat end to apply a little bit of gel directly to eyebrows.
- Brush spoolie through your brows and gel, directing hairs upwards for a fluffy, lifted look that stays put.
- Fill in sparse areas of your brows with eyebrow makeup colour.
