- Comb through the lashes using zig-zag motions.

Double Wear Infinite Waterproof Eyeliner:
- Apply directly to lash lines for the ultimate precision.
- Apply to lower waterlines/inner rims by pressing the pencil gently against lower waterlines and working across with short, soft strokes until you achieve your desired intensity.
- Apply to upper waterlines by gently lifting lids for easier access, then glide pencil along upper waterlines.
