A 5-in-1 cleansing balm.
Clean and cleanse your complexion with the Eve Lom Cleanser. Combining clove oil, eucalyptus oil, hops oil, and Egyptian chamomile oil with cocoa butter, this cleansing balm melts onto the skin to remove dirt, debris, impurities, and makeup (including waterproof makeup). When used twice daily for 14 days, this cleansing balm is clinically proven to minimise blackheads and whiteheads without clogging the pores. Clinically proven to hydrate the skin (for up to 12 hours after use), this cleanser helps tone and exfoliate to improve skin texture for a more balanced complexion.

Paraffinum Liquidum, Peg-30 Lanolin, Cetearyl Alcohol, Bis-Diglyceryl Polyacyladipate-2, Aluminum Stearate, Theobroma Cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Peg-75 Lanolin, Phenoxyethanol, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus Leaf Oil, Eugenia Caryophyllus (Clove) Leaf Oil, Humulus Lupulus (Hops) Cone Oil, Bht, Eugenol, Limonene.
Directions
- Scoop up a small amount of Cleanser and warm it between fingers before massaging it on dry skin, in circular motions.
- To rinse, wet the EVE LOM 100% cotton Muslin Cleansing Cloth in hot water and buff off, focusing on any areas of concern (like, dryness, congestion, or heavy make-up).
- Rinse cloth and repeat a second and third time before finishing with a cold compress using the cloth and cold water.
- Afterwards, rinse cloth with cold water and wring out excess.
- Cloth can be hand washed in warm water or treated as white cotton in washing machine.
- Hang dry. Do not put in the dryer.
- When to use: use in the morning and evening as the first step in your cleansing ritual.

The Consistent Item In My Routine

I've been a loyal user of Eve Lom's cleanser for years, valuing its effectiveness as a balm that thoroughly removes makeup and sunscreen without stripping the skin. Although it's pricey, the quality justifies the cost. However, my recent experience with their customer service was disappointing. After buying a product just before a promotion was announced, I contacted customer service hoping they might honor the discount for my recent purchase. They refused, only allowing a return, which led me to return and repurchase the product to use the discount and get the promotional gift. This process was not only inconvenient but also wasteful, highlighting a need for better flexibility and environmental consideration in their policies. While the cleanser remains excellent, Eve Lom's customer service could use improvement.
