I can’t believe how well these have worked for me - they really help to lift my mood and feel less stressed
I started taking these due to having bad PMS mood swings every month. I researched that ashwagandha helps regulate mood and stress and already took Feel multivitamins so decided to try these too. I can’t believe how well these have worked for me - they really help to lift my mood and feel less stressed; I also find my PMS mood swings are practically non-existent now which makes my home life much easier and happier.
