It really is a balm, more on the thicker side, I love the packaging and the metal applicator, that feels very refreshing on the eyes, however, I just can't get over the smell. Whenever I apply it, it smells like some kind of construction material or something you're supposed to put in your car, rather than your face..
i don't notice a difference
I honestly don't recommend that you buy this product since it doesn't do much to de-puff your eyes, however I do like the smell, the metal tip, and even though I don't notice a visible difference, I do feel like it hydrates my skin. I rather buy other florence products though, and if you want to try it go ahead but I feel like it's a waste of money also considering that this product isn't exactly cheap.
