Good product
I’ve been using this product for two weeks and am still evaluating the results. I’ve tried it with other brands’ sheet masks instead of Foreo’s own masks, and it works fine. However, unlike my other facial devices that provide instant, touchable softness, the changes with the UFO are more subtle. That said, I really enjoy the warming and massage functions, which are very relaxing. While the instructions suggest removing the mask after two minutes, I recommend leaving it on a bit longer or running the device twice (about four minutes in total) for better results. As for Beauty Bay’s service, the delivery was impressively smooth and fast, and the pricing is very competitive. I’ll definitely shop here again—maybe even place another order soon!
The best investment ever
Here’s what I wish people who owned one had told me before- You really don’t have to keep on buying foreo’s designated masks, even though they’re nice. It’s an extremely useful device on its own, so don’t let the extra costs of the masks scare you away. I mostly use it via the app control mode that allows you to control the temperature (hot/cold/none), the led color, and the intensity of the sonic pulsations (0-12). I use it daily, for the purpose of improving hydration levels and getting the most of my daily serums and creams. Now, this is some kind of sorcery, cause my skin has drastically improved within the first week of daily use: smaller pores, less irritation, smoother texture. It is also so soothing and relaxing, I genuinely look forward to use it every night! That said, I feel like only mentioning the luxurious feeling of the UFO2 doesn’t really do it justice. You get so much more than just a pampering session- you actually get long term results with consistent use! After a couple of weeks of daily use, I’m actually proud of how healthy and glowy my skin is looking.
Great device but spotty connectivity
I love this device and have been using it every day. I also use it to work serums and oils into my skin, in addition to the FOREO masks. I do however experience connectivity issues, where the device either does not begin working given setting immediately, and also needs to be turned off and on to begin working again. Even when fully charged.

I am using this feature since a month ago. It is helping with my redness, thanks to its led light. The UFO Masks Treatments are amazing, they are delicious on your face. I really enjoy this experience.

If you’re like me and HATE waiting round for face masks to do their thing, I highly suggest THIS device! You don’t have to have the UFO masks (ps they’re great) but you can use over any sheet mask to get the benefits in 90 seconds. It can also be used over any serum to help it penetrate deeper into the skin. I love how this heats up and cools down! I got mine on sale, but 1000% recommend this!

Feels great!
I bought this around a month ago and am very happy with it. My skin feels nice and hydrated. I often like to do 2 round just beceause it feels so nice. Love the heat and cool functions! Sometimes I have some trouble with the bluetooth connection and or starting a program offline but that could be me getting used to it.
