Directions
Shampoo:
- Massage shampoo into wet hair and rinse thoroughly.
Conditioner:
- Gently squeeze excess water out of hair, massage conditioner through, leave for five minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Vitamins:
- Take two vitamins together every morning.
