Shampoo:

• Massage onto wet hair to create a lather.
• Rinse.

Conditioner:

• Smooth through the mid-lengths and ends.
• Rinse with warm water.

Mask:

• After shampooing, squeeze water from hair and apply the mask generously through the mid lengths and ends (and roots if you feel your hair needs extra oil).
• Leave the mask on for 5-10 minutes minimum.
• Rinse thoroughly and dry hair as normal.

Vitamins

• Take two vitamins together every morning.
