Slow but definite change
I purchased this over 6 months ago and it was the 6 month return window that convinced me to try it. It's been about 9 months of use and I have definitely increased the thickness of my hair. There is no longer light shining off my scalp in the front and my part is pretty much back to normal. Happy I made the decision to buy.
Comfortable and Easy
I have been using this and I find it very easy and comfortable. 2 things that I need to continue using any device or treatment. OH and it's FAST. . another KEY needed quality.
LaserBand 41 Comfort Flex
I've been using this item for a few months and wasn't sure if I was getting the results as others so I contacted customer service. I spoke with Emmily who was so kind and helpful and she advised me to continue using the LaserBand 41 as directed on clean hair and advised me that sometimes it just takes a little longer for some people to see results. I will continue to use as directed and may incorporate the vitamins as well.

My package just arrived and I am so excited to start using it. The package was just lovely and all very simple to charge and get ready for use. My sister had been using hers with great results after a few months.
Buyer beware
I recently bought a refurbished band directly from this site which purportedly comes with the same warranty and support as a new item. It arrived with visible physical damage which had not been indicated which I photographed and reported the day it arrived. They told me I would have to pay return shipping on an item that arrived damaged. When I asked if instead if I was willing to keep it if it worked could they assure me that they’️d honour the warranty if needed in spite of the physical damage they simply didn’️t answer me. I have emailed a few times since with no response. Not only this but I’️ve since found multiple hairmax sites. Is this even the genuine one? If so where is product support and quality control?
Super Easy to use with great results!
Such a quick treatment and device is super easy to use. Less than 5 minutes 3 times a week and have noticed a difference in hair growth on a bald spot.

Just bought with shampoo and conditioner bundle. I’️m hopeful for results. The band arrived great in new pristine condition with everything needed. The shampoo and conditioner bundle spilled and opened inside box. I reached out and immediately received a response and that my issue will be escalated and a replacement will occur. Good customer service prior and during the ordering process.
I liked it
I bought this about 2 months ago. I used 3-4 times a week. And I feel my hair better. It looks more volume I am continuing to use and I will write again after 4 months.
Works great
Love my laser hair band. My hair had gotten very thin but after a few months I noticed alot of new growth. This is my second hair band and I never want to be without one . Truly a marvelous product
