Easy to use!

Poor advertising and horrible customer service
I bought this accessory because the LaserBand 82 does not come with any accessories to accommodate most head types and the teeth aren't touching my scalp on the temple areas. The current model has a square window so the note listed on this page stating Important! These teeth are designed to fit the LaserBand 82 model with the square window ONLY would lead one to believe that it should fit the current model especially since it's currently the only model being sold on hairmax. com. So I ordered it and was looking forward to finally using the LaserBand as intended but to my surprise this attachment DOES NOT fit the current LaserBand 82 model that I purchased. I contacted customer service and mentioned the whole square window that my model has. They clearly didn't read my complaint because their first response was that the accessory only fits the model with the square window. Yes. . . my model has a square window as I had stated initially. Their next reply was that the current model has white teeth and not blue teeth. Okay. . . but where does it say ANYWHERE in the description that this accessory only fits on the model with blue teeth?? The pictures aren't self-explanatory because to me it simply looked like the accessory was already attached hence why the teeth were blue. Their final response was repeating the exact same white teeth blue teeth excuse. . . basically saying it's my fault and they are not accountable. So not only does this product page misleading and non-transparent the customer service and company do not care and are not accountable for their poorly designed product page that lacks key information that customers need.

I have one of the orig lasers you make. I stopped using it a few yrs ago noticed my hair thinning too much went bk to using at least 4 times a week after shower. It’️s been 2 mos I see baby hair all around my hairline that was not there before . It’️s working

Hi there am I allowed to keep in on for longer than 30 seconds for each section for better results? If so what is the maximum for each section? thanks
Excited to use
I bought this a few weeks ago and this came in quickly. My dermatologist recommended this brand so I have high hopes. I’️m excited that it only takes 90 seconds per treatment. The shampoo and conditioner smell nice not too strong but clean. I will update my review in a few months when I see results.

I've been using the LaserBand 82 for a week now and so far it's been great with no issues at all. It's flexible fits my head perfectly and I love that it only takes 90 seconds to use! The first time I felt a light tingling sensation but that’️s gone now. I'm also using a topical treatment alongside it and after just four uses I've noticed significantly less shedding. I’️m really hopeful for some density improvement soon! I must also mention how much I enjoyed the density shampoo and conditioner samples I received. I didn’️t expect much since I’️ve tried pricey products before but I was blown away. After just three washes my hair looked fuller sleek and had more volume at the roots—without any need for extra products. I’️m definitely ordering the full-size versions!

Just purchased this so I am not sure of the results just yet. The product seems genuinely high quality and I am excited to see the future results. Will follow up after a couple of months as well.
Actual hair growth
Purchased this two months ago and I see all new hair growth around the crown of my head. They are too small to take a picture of but clearly there and growing.
