I've been taking this product since I was 4 months pregnant and it's literally the only thing that's worked to make my hair grow! And now that I'm nursing I still take it and does not mess with my milk supply. I messed up my hair with extensions and had strips of bald spots. They are now filled in and my hair is the longest it's been naturally! I swear by this and the shampoo and conditioner! It's a MUST HAVE for me!

I see no difference in my hair length and it's been over a month. I take it everyday along with my other vitamins. Very disappointed.

I bought this item after reading the reviews, I think it is good but it makes me feel sick. It would be nice if it came in chewable form rather than pill. It would gentler on my tummy, overall, great product would definitely purchase again
