After the second. Bottle you notice a big improvement in the quality of your skin , it becomes more healthy and glowy i recommand

My skin looks like it has improved slightly but over the 7 months i have been taking these my weight has slowly creeped up because i felt hungrier. I have now stopped taking them as better skin at the cost of gaining weight is not worth it.

This was great and I sow visible enhancement in my skin but unfortunately it increase my appetite and I started to gain weight so I had to stop taking it
