Not a traditional 'lip balm'. . .
I really wanted to love this product, as I think the bullet is beautiful and the packaging is unique. However, maybe I was misled under the belief that it was a lip balm, but this clings to every dry patch of skin on my lips and doesn't feel especially nourishing, and dries down without any slick or dewy balminess. Another product that likely needs perfectly hydrated, full lips in order to look good. I also feel like the Shell-ebrity colour looks peachy on images, but in person, it is very much a cold baby pink, very Y2K and frosty, but wasn't what I was looking for - I was hoping for a warm, beachy glisten. I will say that it goes on smooth - doesn't feel gritty as you might expect and kudos to the brand for creating a glitter formula that has glitter throughout instead of just a coating.
Sparkly and caring
I am absolutely in love with this lip balm. The glitter is super pretty and not flaky or sandy and it looks just so damn gorgeous on the lips. I ordered them in all available colours now <3
