Cranberry Extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon) (fruit) (standardized to 40% proanthocyanidins) 90 mg, Proanthocyanidins (PACs) 36 mg, Proprietary women's probiotic blend 10 billion CFU* (Lactobacillus acidophilus (La-14), Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus reuteri). Other Microcrystalline Cellulose, Bamboo extract (Bambus vulgaris) (shoots). Contains NO: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, peanuts, artificial colors, flavors or preservatives.

Good Female Probiotic
This is a decent female probiotic it's my first bottle from this brand but seems to work as well as any other brand I've used I use this along with DIM to balance hormones
Fine so far, time will tell!
Can’t really say if I notice any difference so far. Taking for fertility as advised by fertility consultant. Time will tell! Capsules are easy to swallow and packaging is nice though.
Haven’t tried it for long enough
Seems fairly good but with supplements you need to give them a go for a long time
