- Make sure your skin is completely dry and clean.
- Cut out the tattoo from sheet, peel off plastic cover, and place face down on the area of skin you desire it.
- Soak tattoo paper with water.
- Press and hold for a few minutes, then gently peel off paper to reveal your design.
