Designed to be used before your regular shampoo, the 1st Lather Shampoo works to deeply cleanse the hair of oil, dirt, and build-up from styling products. The shampoo creates a rich lather to clean the hair without stripping it of its natural oils, to help the hair absorb conditioning ingredients during the second shampoo. Hair is left clean, cleansed, and with a better response to conditioning treatments and final styling.

Directions
- Rub an ample amount of shampoo between palms and distribute throughout wet hair.
- Work up a rich lather.
- Rinse and shampoo a second time with a shampoo of choice.
- Rinse thoroughly and proceed to condition hair.
- Use when hair seems coated and does not curl or hold a curl as well as it normally does.
- Also use when hairstyle seems weighed down, coated and not as soft and moveable as usual.

Massive difference
So impressed with this, can already feel a difference in my hair.

I'm really unimpressed by this shampoo. In fact, it's probably one of worst ones I have ever used. It's very runny, doesn't lather easily and I feel like it doesn't clean my hair at all. Absolutely useless.
Great Clarifying shampoo for all hair types.
This is the best clarifying shampoo I've used. The only one that truly made a difference to begin with. Doesn't leave my hair dry, brittle, tangled or in any other bad condition. It's so gentle with the hair but so harsh with whatever buildup there is on it. Perfect combination. I use this every 2-3 weeks as per directions, it doesn't need to lather, the key is to spread it all over your hair (roots to ends) and massage for a minute. Use regular (preferably free of silicones and harsh sulfates) shampoo, after. It is quite watery in consistency. I was over the moon when I saw the brand offered a 950ml option for such a great price! It will last me for years. I'll continue to purchase it as long as they sell it in UK or Europe. I owe my bouncy, smooth and freeze free hair mainly to this brand. My now favorite regular shampoo and conditioner didn't work at all, because of my low porosity hair not really absorbing them untill I used this KeraCare Clarifying shampoo. I HIGHLY recommend this and their "essential hair oils". Their leave in conditioner is nice too. These 3 specific products I mentioned have nice ingredients, free of harsh sulfates, silicones and proteins.
