This oil is enriched with black seeds that are grown in organic, pesticide-free soil and cold-pressed to preserve the potent nutrient profile, plus 2.4% thymoquinone. Mix into water, smoothies or dips or use externally in your shampoo to nourish and strengthen hair or onto the skin to treat dry, itchy and scaly skin.

Ingredients

100% organic, cold-pressed black seed oil (Nigella Sativa)

Directions

Take 1 teaspoon (5ml) on its own or mix with a drink or water.
You can also add to smoothies, dips or salad dressings.
This cold-pressed oil should not be heated to ensure that none of the nutrients are destroyed.
Alternatively, apply to the scalp or add to shampoo to nourish and strengthen hair, or onto the skin to treat dry, itchy and scaly skin.
