I love the roller! It is a very nice quality product and leaves a cooling sensation when rolled across the face. I use it in the morning and when i feel like I need to refresh my face. I recommend it 100% Also it came in a week from my purchase and has a lovely packaging

I’ve only had the jade roller a few weeks and only used it 3/4 times but the roller handle is faulty and the top heavy part of the roller keeps falling off the handle. Nothing special, I’m not impressed. I even think it made my dark cirkles under eyes worse.

This is a great little tool, but the rollers keep popping out of the metal holders, and the metal bit keeps falling off of the stick! I am able to put it back together and continue to use it, but it’s super annoying as it’s not the cheapest item! I would purchase a cheaper one next time..
