S’est cassé après seulement quelques utilisations (moins de 10), ce n’est pas normal. Vraiment très décevant. De plus le service client ne répond pas par rapport à ce désagrément.
Good tool but always breaks!
This is a great little tool, but the rollers keep popping out of the metal holders, and the metal bit keeps falling off of the stick! I am able to put it back together and continue to use it, but it’s super annoying as it’s not the cheapest item! I would purchase a cheaper one next time..

It’s beautiful and feels nice on the skin. However it’s very fragile/poor quality and broke after only few uses.

I love the roller! It is a very nice quality product and leaves a cooling sensation when rolled across the face. I use it in the morning and when i feel like I need to refresh my face. I recommend it 100% Also it came in a week from my purchase and has a lovely packaging

Absolutely adore this product! I use it on its own and with serums & moisturisers! So refreshing especially after being refrigerated! Can not recommend it enough!
