Lashes got so long... One of my favourites
Empty package
Empty packaging box turned up. Maybe because it was an unstickered packet. Easy to steal when picking. After 2 days CS issued a refund and 500 points. I couldn’t just reorder because you need 1000 points to use against free samples and I’d then be paying extra postage (was part of a larger order to get free next day delivery) Gutted
