Directions
- For a rebellious red lip, line with black pencil then fill in with lipstick.
- For a dark, ombre effect, line and start to fill lip with black pencil, leaving the centre for the red lipstick – disperse formula with fingers or your favourite brush for a blurred effect.
- Top with your favourite clear gloss.
