Slow shipping
I ordered some products under the impression it would be delivered in 2-3 days (as stated on the website). After 3 days it hadn’t been dispatched so I enquired with customer service who then told me it takes 5 days to dispatch and then 2-3 to deliver… all in all 8 days maximum to be delivered to your door. Quite annoying when I needed it before the weekend!
