- Start by relaxing and taking things slowly.
- Hold the round end of the smallest dilator and cover the tapered end of the dilator with a lubricant to assist with insertion.
- Try to leave the rounded handle dry so it remains easy to grip.
- Lie back or make yourself comfortable, and slowly insert the tapered tip into your vagina to a depth that you are comfortable with.
- Keep hold of the rounded end, and ensure this part remains outside of your body.
- Leave in place for a short time (around 15 minutes) to relax and ease the vaginal muscles.
- Take your time over a few sessions to become comfortable with the smaller size.
- As you become more comfortable with the feeling of the smallest size, you can then try the next size up, gradually working your way to the larger of the three dilators.
- After use, clean with My Viv Natural Toy Cleaner and ensure it is dry before storage.

to me they were very unintimidating, which is what you want in a product that has the purpose this dose. can be quite a confidence booster and is easy to wash.

Came as expected and they look like the pictures. If you are looking for something to train your pelvic floor then this will do the job for you. Works for me.
Slightly disappointing( own fault for being hasty)
Bought these for my daughter who has vaginimus but disappointed with how the small they were should have checked size
Great following surgery
These are perfect to ease you in gently back to a normal intimate life following sensitive surgery, or pelvic floor repair or prolapse repair. Soft and smooth and pliable to gently stretch those intimate areas.
A bit small
The smallest dilator in this set is really tiny, about the same thickness as a pen and the largest is about as thick as a hairbrush handle. The insertable parts are quite firm and the silicone feels nice to hold. I’m only rating this lower because the small is pretty useless if you’re ok with using tampons or menstrual cups.
It was alright
I just found that for a dilator set they were very small. So I don’t feel that they have served their purpose at all. But they came as described and are good quality. They just weren’t all I’d hoped.
