It penetrates and conditions the follicles to leave the brows darker, shinier, bolder, thicker, and stronger with UV protection after 30 days. As well as preventing brow loss, this formula boosts the brows with a blend of conditioning ingredients, antioxidants, and growth-enhancing substances (including arginine, ginseng root extract, baicalein, soy and wheat germ extract, and peptide complex).
