- Unscrew the lid and pour into your original reed diffuser vessel.
- Replace the lid and insert the reeds.
- Allow 48 hours for the scent to full fill the room.
- Turn the reeds regularly for a burst of scent.
- Practice mindful breathing techniques by breathing in the scent through your nose for 7 seconds, and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
