The 100% natural oil is ideal for use in your Wellbeing Pod to help you prepare for sleep, or in a dream bath to help you relax.

Directions
- To experience this relaxing essential oil blend for sleep, use in your Wellbeing Pod.
- Fill the water tank of the Wellbeing Pod with cold water.
- Do not exceed the maximum water level line.
- Add up to 10 drops of the essential oil sleep blend.
- With the touch of a button, it will instantly release a heatless, fine mist of scented vapour from the oils to help you relax and prepare for sleep.
- Alternatively you can also add 5 drops to a warm bath, or 1 to 2 drops to your chosen base oil for a relaxing massage.

Gorgeous! Makes my bedroom smell like a spa. Can’t fall asleep without this now. I use it in my Neom Mini Pod. I put it on half an hour before I go to bed. It lasts for ages too. Perfect after a bath using Neom Scent to De-stress bath foam.
