Directions

To really get the most out of your Bath Milk and to really ‘milk it’, shake well before pouring 4-5 capfuls under running water.

An absolute treat to use. It's really luxurious, smells incredible, gives fantastic bubble action and really does help relax and soothe the muscles. I'm a terrible sleeper but I think this helped me drift off much better and gave me a more restful nights sleep. This is going to be bought on repeat!
