- Unscrew the cap and pour the contents into your existing Neom Reed Diffuser.
- Allow 48 hours for the scent to full fill the room.
- Turn the reeds regularly for a burst of scent.
- Practice mindful breathing techniques by breathing in the scent through your nose for 7 seconds, and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
