- Smooth evenly over skin where needed.
Pillow Mist:
- Spritz the mist over your pillow and bedding.
- Practice mindful breathing techniques by lying back and breathing in the scent through your nose for 7 seconds, and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
