Directions
Happiness Travel Candle:
- Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4.
- Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 5mm.
- As you inhale the uplifting fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
Super Shower Power Body Cleanser:
- For a multi-sensorial experience, lather gently over your whole body.
- Inhale deeply before rinsing.
Real Luxury Magnesium Body Butter:
- Massage the equivalent of a heaped tablespoon of the magnesium butter all over your body.
- Do some mindful breathing, in for 7, out for 11.
- Use daily - morning noon or night.
Perfect Night’s Sleep Mist:
- Spritz your pillow spray.
